This project consisted of the demolition of an existing garage and the construction of a new garage with a loft-style tiny home on top. Maximizing living space on a small inner-city footprint.

This space is only 26m squared yet exudes luxury and detail. Pitched ceilings with exposed hardwood rafters and skylights create a spacious feel. Custom privacy louvres facilitate the flow of natural light and air.

Hardwood stairs invite you into the home with stainless steel handrails featuring recessed lighting that gently illuminates the entrance at night.

The new garage features EV charging and concealed storage.
The space blends seamlessly with the existing home.
